Reasons For Feeling Fatigued

If you have excessive fatigue, it could be a symptom of anemia, leukemia or some sort of a bacterial infection. In fact, there are many different fatigue reasons and while people get run down from time to time, most often there is another underlying cause for the exhaustion. One cause of excessive fatigue could be traced to diet. If you are taking in too much fat, soft drinks and caffeine, this may be affecting your body in a negative way. You need to make sure that you are eating a wholesome, whole foods diet based on fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean meats. You need to be eating an adequate amount of protein as sometimes the absence of protein makes people feel tired. If you think that your tiredness is caused by something that you are eating, try the elimination diet where you eliminate one food at a time to check on your level of sensitivity to that food.
