I am sick of hearing about paypal, they seem to not care much about their customers too much as my Son found out last week when he had a problem with a fraudster and an order he had made via paypal! He had emailed me whilst I was at work saying paypal closed my account! I rang him to see what had happened and he said the goods he bought of someone on ebay had not arrived and that the money had been transferred out of his account and then the seller disappeared so he had no goods and was nearly £200 down with nothing to show for it! He rang paypal to find out what was going on and they really didn’t seem to help him at all and he got quite heated in his conversation therefore he got locked out of his account for the call he made I suppose! I know he should not have taken it out on the customer service team but he was so frustrated and his money had gone without a trace and he thought they should be responsible!
